Step into a secure and well-paying FIFO opportunity with one of Western Australia's largest mining logistics and haulage contractors. With a fleet of modern vehicles and equipment across high-output mine sites, this company offers a professional workshop environment, ongoing work, and industry-leading conditions.

We're now seeking an experienced Light Vehicle Mechanic to join the team at a fully equipped site-based workshop, carrying out repairs and servicing on a range of mine-spec LV equipment.

About the Role:
  • Perform scheduled servicing, inspections and mechanical repairs on light vehicles (Hilux, LandCruiser, Rangers, etc.)
  • Diagnose faults and complete breakdown repairs in the field and workshop
  • Work closely with supervisors and plant coordinators to manage fleet readiness
  • Maintain accurate service records and comply with site safety procedures
  • Support other mechanical maintenance tasks where required
What You'll Need:
  • Australian-recognised trade qualification – Light Vehicle Mechanic (Cert III Automotive)
  • Prior experience working on mine-spec LV or within a mining/civil FIFO environment
  • C Class manual driver's licence (HR highly regarded)
  • Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills
  • Ability to pass full pre-employment medical, drug and alcohol screen
  • A positive attitude and commitment to safety
