About the Business

Our Safer Family Services team delivers a range of services, including intensive family support and multi-agency responses, to help children stay safely at home with their families and avoid the need for out-of-home care. They also help families with parenting support, workshops and connection to community events and initiatives to improve child safety and wellbeing.

Role Details

The Team Leader, Business Services is a role within Child and Family Support division and is accountable to the Manager, Business Services for:

  • Developing, implementing and evaluating functions, projects and processes which deliver efficient and effective services to the Child and Family Support (CFS) division.
  • Providing a high-quality business support service that supports service delivery across metropolitan and regional areas and is compliant with relevant policies, regulations and legislation.
  • Providing leadership and coaching to staff to develop and maintain a high-performing business support team.

Special Conditions

National Police Check required.

Some interstate and intrastate travel may be required.

Must hold a current Australian issued driver's licence (equivalent to minimum class C).

Role Status: Term up to 30/10/2026

Salary Range: $98,478-$104,165 (ASO6)
