About the Role

We are looking for an energetic and motivated Restaurant Team Leader to oversee daily front-of-house operations and support our team in delivering excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on leader who can inspire the team, resolve issues quickly, and ensure smooth restaurant operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise, support, and motivate front-of-house staff during shifts
  • Ensure exceptional customer service and handle guest concerns promptly
  • Assist in staff training, onboarding, and ongoing development
  • Monitor cleanliness, presentation, and overall restaurant standards
  • Oversee shift schedules, task assignments, and workflow management
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Assist management with inventory control, cash handling, and reporting
  • Promote a positive team culture and lead by example

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role within hospitality or food service
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle high-pressure situations calmly and professionally
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
  • A customer-first mindset with attention to detail
  • Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
