The Role In this role as the Receptionist, you will sit in a beautiful reception area where you will be responsible for managing the reception desk and help provide administrative support to the wider businesses. This role will suit someone who is self motivated, energetic and enjoys a variety of daily tasks.
This role will be based in Tonsley, SA.

**Key Responsibilities include**:

- Answering and directing phone calls
- Managing the front desk and greeting visitors
- Handling incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
- Maintaining office supplies and equipment
- Assisting with scheduling and calendar management
- Supporting the team with various administrative tasks as needed

**What we are looking for**:

- Prior experience in a frontline reception or customer service role
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Professional appearance with a friendly, approachable demeanor
- Self motivated with the ability to take initiative
- Ability to interact professionally with clients and team members and provide exceptional cusatomer service at all times
- Understanding and empathizing with the needs and concerns of clients, visitors, and team members to create a welcoming and supportive environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to handle unexpected issues and troubleshoot problems independently
- Willingness to assist other team members and adapt to a dynamic work environment

**Desirable**:

- Experience using Microsoft Dynamics 365 or similar CRM system
