We're seeking two experienced and passionate Team Leaders — one to lead our Occupational Therapy team and one to lead our Speech Pathology team. These roles combine clinical expertise with leadership, mentoring, and service development to create exceptional outcomes for our clients and a supportive environment for our clinicians.

What you'll do:

  • Provide leadership, supervision, and mentorship to your discipline's team.
  • Oversee high-quality, evidence-based clinical services in line with NDIS requirements.
  • Support recruitment, induction, and professional development of team members.
  • Collaborate with the leadership team to grow services and maintain quality standards.
  • Manage clinical caseloads and assist with complex cases.
  • Drive a positive workplace culture that aligns with Lyft SA's values of connection, innovation, and experience.

What you'll bring:

  • Degree in Occupational Therapy or Speech Pathology (depending on the role).
  • Current AHPRA registration (OT) or SPA membership (Speech Pathology).
  • Minimum five (5) years' clinical experience, with demonstrated leadership or supervisory skills.
  • Strong understanding of the NDIS and person-centred practice.
  • Commitment to culturally safe and trauma-informed care.
  • Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
