Business Analyst – MS Fabric Implementation

6 Month Contract | Immediate Start | Reporting & Analytics Focus

The Talent Initiative is looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join our client's team and play a pivotal role in their Microsoft Fabric implementation. If you're passionate about data, reporting, and making a real business impact, this is your chance to drive transformation on a high-profile project.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Partnering with stakeholders to gather requirements for MS Fabric implementation and reporting solutions.
  • Translating business needs into clear specifications, workflows, and actionable plans.
  • Supporting the end-to-end rollout of MS Fabric, from initial analysis through to go-live.
  • Designing and building robust reporting and analytics solutions to empower decision-making.
  • Facilitating workshops, managing UAT, and ensuring a smooth transition for users.
  • Documenting processes and contributing to continuous improvement in reporting and data practices.

What You Bring:

  • Strong experience as a Business Analyst, ideally in data, reporting, or analytics projects.
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Fabric or similar modern data platforms.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to translate business needs into technical requirements and actionable insights.
  • Experience supporting project delivery in fast-paced environments.
