Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced
Business Analyst
with strong expertise in
SAP SuccessFactors
to join our HR transformation team. The ideal candidate will act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to analyze, design, and implement HR process improvements and system enhancements within the SuccessFactors suite.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with HR business stakeholders to understand business processes, requirements, and objectives related to HR systems.
  • Translate business requirements into detailed functional and technical specifications for SuccessFactors modules.
  • Partner with implementation teams to configure and test SuccessFactors modules such as Employee Central, Performance & Goals, Learning, Recruiting, and Compensation.
  • Support data migration, integration, and reporting activities within SuccessFactors and other HR systems.
  • Develop and maintain process documentation, workflows, and configuration guides.
  • Conduct workshops, requirement-gathering sessions, and system demonstrations with stakeholders.
  • Perform UAT (User Acceptance Testing) planning, coordination, and execution.
  • Ensure system compliance with organizational policies and global HR standards.
  • Provide post-implementation support and ongoing system enhancements.
  • Collaborate closely with technical teams, including SAP consultants, developers, and third-party vendors.

Skills & Experience Required:

  • 5+ years of experience
    as a Business Analyst, with at least
    3 years working with SAP SuccessFactors
    .
  • Hands-on experience in one or more SuccessFactors modules (e.g., Employee Central, Learning Management, Recruitment, Onboarding, Performance & Goals, Compensation).
  • Strong understanding of
    HR business processes
    and
    data flows
    .
  • Proven ability to translate complex business needs into clear functional requirements.
  • Experience with
    Agile/Scrum methodologies
    and tools such as
    Jira
    and
    Confluence
    .
  • Familiarity with
    integration frameworks
    (SAP CPI, APIs) and
    data reporting
    (Advanced Reporting, People Analytics) is advantageous.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
