We are currently seeking an experienced Personal Assistant to support one of our Senior Brokers at Shore Financial — Australia's leading independent mortgage brokerage.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has strong organisational skills, and experience within the mortgage broking or finance industry. Real estate experience will also be highly regarded.

The Role:

Your duties will include, but are not limited to:

  • Managing the Senior Broker's calendar, appointments, and travel;
  • Overseeing lead flow, client management, and referral introductions;
  • Handling email management, prioritising and responding where appropriate;
  • Coordinating and following up with clients, lenders, solicitors, and referral partners;
  • Assisting with loan tracking and pipeline management in Salestrekker;
  • Drafting and managing internal and external communications;
  • Supporting general team administration and staff coordination; and

The Candidate:

  • Mortgage broking or finance industry experience is essential;
  • Real estate experience is highly desirable;
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in an administrative, broker assistant, or client management role;
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills;
  • Strong written and verbal communication;
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and think proactively;
  • High attention to detail and professionalism; and
