About the Role: We are looking for a passionate Body Recomposition Specialist who is eager to help clients transform their bodies and improve their strength. This role is ideal for someone who wants to develop their expertise in body recomposition and strength training while being supported by experienced coaches. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Leading 30 minute coaching and training sessions based on prescribed programs
  • Tracking and measuring client progress during each session
  • Conducting regular client check-ins and providing ongoing support
  • Collaborating with the team to ensure clients meet and exceed their goals

We are looking for a trainer that is able to complete sessions from 6am - 11am and 4pm - 8:00pm. We are open to have a trainer covering AM sessions only or PM sessions only.

About You: To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • Full Australian working rights (we cannot provide sponsorship at this time)
  • A minimum of Certificate III and IV in Fitness (essential)
  • Experience in personal training not essential.
  • Registration with Fitness Australia, Physical Activity Australia, or FITREC isn't necessary.
  • Current Senior First Aid certificate
  • Strong customer service skills and a passion for helping others succeed
  • The ability to work effectively as part of a team and a willingness to learn
