Konecranes and Demag are world leaders in industrial service and equipment. We're growing—and looking for a driven Inside Sales Representative to support our Smithfield team with after-service sales and customer consultations.

What You'll Do

  • Analyse service reports and identify customer needs
  • Prepare quotes for parts, labour, and services
  • Manage a high-volume sales pipeline using CRM tools
  • Identify upsell opportunities or suggest upgrades
  • Build strong internal relationships to support branch operations
  • Always champion safety, quality, and environmental standards

What You Bring

  • 1–2 years' B2B sales experience
  • Strong interest or background in mechanical/electrical trades (a bonus)
  • CRM and MS Office proficiency
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Organised, proactive, and a team player
