TechClick is growing We're on the lookout for a proactive and detail-oriented Inside Sales Representative to join our Sydney-based team. If you're passionate about partner engagement, order management and driving sales success—this role is for you

What You'll Do
  • Collaborate with technical and sales teams to prepare and distribute accurate Statements of Work (SoWs).
  • Ensure scopes are acknowledged, understood, and actioned by partners on time.
  • Maintain structured follow-ups to track scope progress and completion.
  • Be the first point of contact for partner inquiries related to scopes and project details.
  • Update CRM systems (Microsoft Dynamics) with scope activities and communications.
  • Identify and escalate delays or risks to stakeholders.
  • Support the sales team and distributor with quotes, documentation, and admin tasks.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of scope and partner engagement processes.
What You Bring
  • 2+ years in inside sales, sales support, or partner management (tech industry preferred).
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills—written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, especially Microsoft Dynamics.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Customer-first mindset with a proactive, solution-oriented approach.
