As Marketing Manager for Pinot & Picasso you will be turning brand strategy into action, leading the roll out of global and localised campaigns that bring joy, creativity and connection to life.

Key Responsibilities:

Campaign Management

  • Plan and execute national and local campaigns in line with the marketing calendar and brand strategy
  • Manage timelines, briefs, and rollout across digital, print, paid, organic and studio channels
  • Liaise with studios, creative team and agencies to gather content, feedback, and approvals

Digital Marketing

  • Build weekly email campaigns for AU, NZ & UK using Klaviyo
  • Manage automated flows to drive performance, retention and revenue
  • Collaborate with the Head of Marketing on strategy, testing and reporting
  • Optimise segmentation, deliverability, and engagement across all email activity
  • Coordinate ad creative production for Meta, Google & TikTok in line with campaign needs
  • Execute on existing SEO strategies (provided by agency), including uploading blogs, managing internal links and tracking content updates

Influencer Marketing

  • Source and engage new influencers and creators to support campaign moments and evergreen content
  • Work with area managers to coordinate localised influencer activity
  • Track performance of influencer campaigns and report on key impact metrics

Social & Content Execution

  • Support the Marketing & Creative Coordinator in planning and scheduling content across Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest and Facebook
  • Help brief and review content shoots, ensuring alignment with brand voice and campaign goals
  • Source and manage UGC, influencer content and franchisee contributions where relevant

Reporting & Insights

  • Maintain and update weekly and monthly marketing dashboards (email, paid media, social)
  • Ensure campaign tracking (e.g. UTM parameters, platform tags) is implemented consistently
  • Support the completion of monthly marketing reports
  • Identify and escalate trends, gaps or opportunities based on campaign data
  • Collaborate with the Head of Marketing and agencies to improve tracking infrastructure over time
