The gig

Reporting directly to the National Sales Manager, you'll own sales performance and day-to-day operations for our Penrith showroom while growing Ezytrail's market share across your region.

What you'll do
  • Drive caravan and accessories sales, personally and through your team
  • Lead 1–2 sales staff: coach, motivate, and set the pace
  • Hit and exceed targets with smart planning, daily huddles and strong follow-up
  • Produce quotes and follow up via phone, email, in-person and through our CRM
  • Deliver exceptional after-sales service, including accessories, bookings, maintenance and warranty coordination
  • Maintain showroom presentation—open/close duties, display setup and pack-down, and general cleanliness
  • Solve problems on the spot and own customer outcomes
  • Travel within NSW for our trade show program (all expenses covered)
What you bring
  • You're a proactive self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
  • Confident communicator who loves face-to-face customer interaction
  • Target-driven with a track record of getting results (or the energy to build one)
  • Tech-comfortable and a quick learner on systems and product

Bonus points (not essential):

  • Experience in caravans, boating, automotive or camping
  • Prior sales leadership or senior sales experience
  • Basic understanding of 12V electrical systems and plumbing
  • Towing experience (up to 3t)
