We're looking for a Marketing Manager to join our team on a 12-month parental leave contract commencing in December 2025, with a potential option to extend.

As our Marketing Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping how our brand connects with audiences, leading a talented in-house team to craft campaigns that inspire, engage, and drive growth.

Reporting to the Head of Marketing, Group Brands, you'll play a key role in creating and executing marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, engagement, and growth. Leading a talented team of 5 across digital, social, content, and design, you'll bring ideas to life through creative, data-driven campaigns that inspire customers and elevate the digiDirect brand. This is an office based role with no WFH or hybrid arrangements available.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Head of Marketing and General Manager to develop and deliver marketing strategies that achieve business goals.
  • Lead the execution of integrated marketing campaigns across digital, print, and in-store channels.
  • Oversee creative direction, campaign planning, and content production to ensure brand consistency and impact.
  • Manage relationships with agencies and external partners to deliver strong campaign outcomes.
  • Guide, mentor, and support the marketing team to foster collaboration and creative excellence.
  • Plan and manage the marketing calendar, ensuring campaigns align with commercial priorities and seasonal opportunities.
  • Analyse campaign performance and use insights to refine strategies and drive continuous improvement.
  • Oversee in-store marketing, including POS materials, promotions, and partnerships with retail centres.

About you

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Previous experience in marketing, in a leadership role.
  • Strong creative direction and brand management skills.
  • Experience managing teams, agencies, and multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Solid understanding of digital marketing, SEO, and paid media strategies.
  • Proactive, organised, and adaptable with a focus on achieving results.
