The Crawford School of Public Policy is one of four Schools within CLGP and one of the world's leading public policy schools. The Crawford School is the University's focal point for contributing to public policy research, education and policy impact. Its graduate programs have trained many of the region's leaders, and its research has impacted on policy making. Public policy scholarship at Crawford School is characterized by high quality, policy-relevant research across a range of disciplines.
Executive Education in Crawford School of Public Policy provides professional short courses to a range of key public and private sector markets in Australia and overseas. The Program Coordinator will provide project management support for the development and implementation of customised courses, working closely with the Manager, Executive Education after the completion of initial scoping and development phases.

We are seeking two Program Coordinators to work as part of a team to support the delivery of premium professional learning experiences. In this role you will provide outstanding administrative and operational support to deliver a variety of professional education projects contributing to the development, design, and evaluation of the executive education program. You will have the opportunity to work across a diverse range of activities and tasks with a wide range of stakeholders.
To excel in this role, you will be a strong communicator and collaborator with excellent organisational and interpersonal skills. You enjoy the challenge of solving problems to generate the best possible experience for your clients both within and outside of the university. You are highly organised and know how to work independently whilst valuing the collective strength of working as part of a team. Demonstrated experience in program delivery and events or communications management will be highly regarded.
