The Program Analyst role will support data-driven program development and reporting for the EWPBenefits:18 weeks paid parental leave for Primary Carer after 6 months of servicePrivate Health Insurance DiscountsGym & Wellbeing DiscountsEmployee assistance programHealth & Beauty DiscountsNovated Lease for EV CarsDuties include but not limited toSupport the development and maintenance of the EWP Prioritisation MatrixAnalyse project data, assess risks, complexities, and viability to inform program decision makingDevelop and enhance program reporting capabilities to support continuous improvementAssist in analysing Requirements and bundling activities using machine learning and natural language processing toolsSupport the coordination of prioritisation activities for Potential ProjectsPrepare program update reports and analyse trends to inform program developmentUtilise advanced analytics to track program and project performance against baselinesWork closely with the Digital Operations team to integrate data from various sourcesSupport the Program Development team in developing comprehensive reports for DefenceLiaise with stakeholders to gather feedback and input for program improvement initiativesAssist in accurate reporting on aspects of the EWPWhat you will bring:Baseline Clearance (or the ability to obtain this ie: Australian Citizenship) is mandatory for this positionA degree in a relevant field such as data analytics, statistics, business analysis, or related disciplineA minimum of three (3) years of experience in data analysis, program/project analysis, or similar roleStrong proficiency in data analysis and visualisation tools such as Power BI, Excel, and other analytics platformsExperience in interpreting complex data sets and converting insights into actionable recommendationsProficiency with program management software and digital collaboration toolsAbility to work with machine learning and natural language processing outputsUnderstanding of program management methodologies and best practicesAbility to analyse trends, identify patterns, and develop insights to support decision-makingExperience in developing and presenting analytical reports to stakeholdersDemonstrated success in aligning program objectives with organisational strategic goalsProficiency in software applications commonly used in project and program managementStrong written and verbal communication skillsWhat to expect from us:As an organisation, we don't just accept that we are a place of many different people, but we embrace it, we celebrate it, and we proactively support the needs that difference brings.
