Randstad is currently seeking several experienced Program Coordinator APS5 to join a high-performing federal government team.

Canberra, ACT | 12 months

Position description

  • Provide general administrative support including filing, records management, data entry, and correspondence handling
  • Respond to routine inquiries via phone and email in a timely and professional manner
  • Assist with document preparation including reports, agendas, and meeting minutes
  • Support procurement and financial processes including purchase orders and invoice tracking
  • Maintain databases and registers, ensuring data accuracy and integrity
  • Work collaboratively with team members and contribute to a positive workplace culture

Key Capabilities

  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines under limited supervision
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant IT systems
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Understanding of, or ability to quickly learn, APS policies and procedures

Position Requirement / qualification

  • Australian citizen
  • Baseline clearance
