Japanese and korean food experiences.

three & five years of relevant work experience

Duties & responsibilities

· Order ingredients and examine delivered ingredients

· Checking the cleanliness of equipment and operation of premises

· Create and prepare dish menu items

· Preparing and submitting a budget

· Preparing of cooked goods

· Emptying, cleaning and greasing cooking trays, tins and other cooking equipment

· Keep the hygiene of the cooking area

· Comply with safety standards in the kitchen, and the discipline to enforce those standards

· Obtain customers' feedback and improve quality of foods if possible

· Improve taste & quality of food if necessary based upon the customers' feedback

· Researching and developing new recipes.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $77,000.00 per year
