Happysoul Catering Pty Ltd is looking for a qualified and experienced cook and a Chef to join our business on a full-time basis.

Cook Salary Starting from $76,515 plus super

Cook Duties Include-

  • Regulating temperatures of ovens, grills and other cooking equipment;
  • Preparing and cooking food;
  • Seasoning food during cooking;
  • Portioning food, placing it on plates and adding gravies, sauces and garnishes;
  • Storing food in temperature-controlled facilities;
  • Preparing food to meet special dietary requirements;
  • Cleaning and following health and safety procedures

Chef Salary Starting from $77,500 plus super

As Chef you will assist in overseeing kitchen operations and working with other team members in running an efficient kitchen. Duties include-

  • Assist in Planning Menu
  • Overseeing Kitchen Operations
  • Junior Staff Training
  • Stock ordering and Stock Management

To be considered for these position, you must-

  • have previous experience in the industry or in a similar role (at least 1-2 years)
  • Have relevant qualifications or skills
  • be self-motivated, creative, confident and enthusiastic
  • be a team player
