We seek an energetic and versatile administration professional who is passionate about real estate and customer service. The ideal candidate will have strong administrative experience, thrive under pressure, and enjoy working with a high-performing sales team.

You'll be confident handling day-to-day administration, client care, and sales support activities while staying agile under tight deadlines and changing needs. Real estate experience is a must, and this is an immediate start opportunity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide day-to-day administration and reception support.
  • Assist with sales contracts, listings, and compliance requirements
  • Support the sales team with client care and communication
  • Maintain accurate records and update internal systems
  • Ensure office operations run smoothly and efficiently

Requirements:

  • Current Real Estate Registration
  • Demonstrated administrative/reception experience with trust account experience
  • Passion for customer service and building strong relationships
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication with a polished presentation
  • Ability to multitask and manage competing deadlines
  • Current QLD driver's licence
  • Team player with a desire to build a long-term career in real estate
