You must be well-presented and diligent. Ideally, some administration experience or previous customer service experience would be highly considered. You must be incredibly passionate about customer service, all while providing the best level of service available to all you encounter in public and within the team.

Responsibilities

  • Taking all general telephone enquiries
  • Work side by side with Administration, Property Management & Sales
  • Processing tenancy applications
  • Assist with trust accounting
  • Assist with tenant inspections, routines, and exits
  • Assist with sales marketing material
  • Processing of contracts and listing documents

Requirements

  • Prepared to undertake a Real Estate Industry approved Registration Course.
  • High attention to detail
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills and a polished presentation
  • Front reception or administration experience is highly desirable
  • High level of initiative and problem-solving abilities.
  • Work in a fast-paced environment with great time management skills
  • The desire to grow within a company for the long term & be a team player
  • Driver's license
