Are you an organised, driven professional looking to step into a leadership role? We're looking for a Real Estate Operations Manager to support our expanding sales and property management divisions.

As our Operations Manager, you will be the driving force behind the smooth running of our business. This is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee office operations across sales and property management.
  • Streamline systems and processes (PropertyMe, RP Data, Realworks, VaultRE, etc.).
  • Support the broker/owner in implementing growth strategies and business development.
  • Manage budgets, reporting, and KPI tracking.
  • Drive marketing, client communications, and brand consistency.
  • Act as a point of escalation for clients and team members.

You will bring:

  • Proven experience in real estate operations, office management, or a senior administration role.
  • Current QLD Real Estate Registration or Licence (or willingness to obtain).
  • In-depth knowledge of industry software and compliance requirements.
  • Strong people management and communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritise, problem-solve, and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • A passion for delivering exceptional client service.
