Manager / Senior Dermal Therapist

Are you an experienced and passionate Dermal or Beauty Therapist ready to take the next step in your career?

We're offering a Manager/Senior Dermal Therapist position with a flexible, lifestyle-friendly roster. This is the perfect role for someone who loves both hands-on treatment time and mentoring others within a supportive, professional environment.


About the Role
  • Monday–Friday position (Occasional Saturday, negotiable)
  • $38-$50 per hour + performance incentives
  • Flexible roster – we can tailor hours to suit your lifestyle (e.g. 30–38 hours per week, with flexible start/finish times)
  • Combination of clinical treatments and leadership responsibilities

You'll have the opportunity to:

  • Deliver advanced skin and facial treatments with premium brands and technology
  • Mentor and support a small, dedicated team of therapists
  • Conduct 1:1 meetings, staff training, and assist with KPI planning
  • Collaborate on marketing, retail and stock control initiatives
  • Help shape and grow our clinic culture and client experience


About You
  • Diploma qualified Beauty or Dermal Therapist (Cert IV minimum)
  • 2+ years' experience in clinical or advanced skincare treatments
  • Confident with skin analysis, treatment planning and client communication
  • Leadership or mentoring experience is highly valued
  • Passionate about education, teamwork, and achieving results for clients
