About the Role:

We're looking for a passionate and experienced Care Manager to provide clinical and cultural leadership to our care team at Brighton Shore Care Community.

What You'll Do:

Provide clinical and care leadership, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, person-centred care.

Lead, mentor, and develop a team of dedicated Registered Nurses, Enrolled Nurses and Personal Care Assistants.

Ensure clinical compliance and governance, maintaining accreditation standards and implementing continuous improvement.

Build strong, trusting relationships with residents, families, GPs, and allied health professionals.

Work in partnership with the General Manager to achieve operational and clinical excellence.


What You'll Need:

Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse (minimum 3 years post-registration).

Proven experience in a clinical leadership or management role within aged care or healthcare.

In-depth knowledge of aged care standards, funding (AN-ACC), and clinical governance.

A genuine passion for mentoring others and building high-performing, engaged teams.

Exceptional communication, resilience, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
