**Be the Backbone of Our Clinic as Clinic Coordinator at Laser Clinics - Brighton**

As our Clinic Coordinator, you will ensure seamless operations, working behind the scenes and at the forefront to deliver a world-class experience for our clients. You will help make our clinic run like clockwork by:

- Managing Daily Operations: Oversee the clinic’s scheduling, client bookings, inventory, and resource allocation to maximize productivity and client satisfaction.
- Upholding Impeccable Standards: Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organization, and compliance to ensure a pristine clinic environment.
- Driving Sales and Rebooking: Meet and exceed KPIs for product sales and client rebooking, supporting clinic revenue growth.
- Guiding Clients with Expertise: Offer knowledgeable guidance on pre
- and post-care, product recommendations, and treatment options.

**We'd feel ELECTRIC if you have**:

- Operational Skills: Min 12months experience in a customer service environment. Strong organisational skills with experience managing or coordinating retail, hospitality, or clinic operations.
- Sales and Customer Service Expertise: A proven track record in customer-facing roles and excelling in a sales environment.
- Problem-Solving Abilities: A proactive, solution-oriented mindset when addressing challenges.
- Flexibility: Availability for late-night trading, weekends, and public holidays.
- Professional Presentation: A polished and professional appearance to represent our brand.
