Retail Leasing Manager
 to join our team.

In this role, you'll help fill our existing & upcoming retail centres with the best tenants, build lasting relationships & play a key part in our expanding portfolio. As Beaini grows, so will this role - offering exciting opportunities for career & team development.

About The Role

This is a 
full time, Sydney based position.

You will work closely with the Managing Director & development team to:

  • Source & secure new tenants for available retail spaces.
  • Manage enquiries, conduct inspections, and handle the leasing process from start to finish.
  • Help shape tenancy mix and asset positioning.
  • Build & maintain strong relationships with new & existing tenants, addressing day-to-day needs.
  • Manage lease renewals, expiries, compliance & other key milestones.
  • Partner with key stakeholders including centre managers, retailers & internal teams.

What we're looking for

  • 3+ years experience in retail leasing (landlords-side, agency or REIT).
  • Confident Communicator & Negotiator - able to lead conversations, not just send emails.
  • Ability to build relationships with all internal & external stakeholders.
  • Proactive, results driven mindset with a passion for retail and delivering results.
  • Strong culture fit: team player, genuine, positive, resilient, and with a can-do attitude.
