About Us

We are seeking a Field Service Technician to join our team in Sydney. This is a hands-on role where you'll be out in the field — installing, commissioning, testing, maintaining, and fault-finding BRAUMS equipment. While most of your work will be in NSW, the role may occasionally require interstate travel to support projects nationally.

- Ensure compliance with Australian standards, WHS requirements, and company procedures.
- Support project delivery, including FAT, RMA, and site commissioning.
- Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring satisfaction and long-term success.
- Travel to customer and supplier sites as required (mainly NSW, with occasional Australia-wide travel).

Essential qualifications and experience:
- Valid Electrical Contractor's Licence.
- Construction Industry White Card.
- Technician or Electrician qualification, or equivalent experience.
- Strong fault-finding and troubleshooting abilities.
- Experience with Ethernet/IP networks, wireless technologies, and VPN/remote access.
- Knowledge of WHS practices and use of SWMS documentation.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and safe use of hand tools.
- Unrestricted Driver's Licence.
- Excellence in customer communications.
Preferred qualifications and experience:
- Experience with renewable energy or PV technology.
- Interest in solar and sustainable technologies.
Why Join Us?
- Be part of a market leader in Parking, EV Charging, and ITS.
- A dynamic and innovative work environment where your contributions make a real impact.
- Work on a diverse range of projects that make cities smarter and safer.
- A hands-on, field-based role with variety and problem-solving every day.
- A supportive team culture that values safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.
- Opportunities for career growth and professional development. You will not be on your own. Training will be provided, and we have a team of more than 40 staff nationally all wanting you to be successful along with us.
