We're seeking a Customer Relationship Coordinator who thrives on helping others and can manage complex customer conversations with professionalism and care. This is an initial three month contract with view to extend.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls with a customer orientated approach
  • Deliver timely, accurate support and solutions to clients
  • Maintain detailed and accurate client records and call notes
  • Liaise with internal teams to resolve complex issues and escalations
  • Uphold high standards of customer service in every interaction

About You

  • Experience in a contact centre environment is essential
  • Exposure to insurance claims or similar industries highly regarded
  • Excellent communication and active listening skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • A positive, team-oriented attitude with a customer-first mindset
