Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Customer Relationship Manager to join our growing team.

In this newly created role, you'll be responsible for overseeing the entire residential purchaser journey — from initial sale through to settlement and beyond.

Your goal will be to ensure every WINIM purchaser feels informed, supported, and valued at each stage of their property experience. Working collaboratively across our Development, Investment, Marketing, and Operations teams, you'll play a key role in enhancing and streamlining our customer engagement processes, setting a new benchmark for service excellence.

This is a hands-on, relationship-driven role where your initiative, communication skills, and ability to build trust will make a real impact.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Purchaser Communication

  • Develop and maintain structured communication programs to keep purchasers informed at every project milestone.
  • Implement tools and processes — such as milestone updates, FAQs, automated reminders, and escalation pathways — to ensure consistency and clarity in all customer communications.

Oversee the Customer Experience

  • Act as the main point of contact for purchasers, ensuring all enquiries are handled promptly, professionally, and accurately.

  • Build strong, lasting relationships by supporting customers throughout the full property lifecycle — from purchase through to handover and aftercare.

Settlement & Post-Settlement Support

  • Prepare settlement documentation and coordinate contract issue in a timely and professional manner.
  • Manage settlement handovers to ensure a smooth, memorable experience.
  • Address post-purchase enquiries efficiently to maintain satisfaction beyond settlement day.

Insights & Continuous Improvement

  • Capture and analyse purchaser feedback, providing actionable insights to improve systems and processes.
  • Leverage customer data to enhance communication practices and overall purchaser experience.

Collaboration Across Teams

  • Work closely with Development and Marketing to align project updates with construction progress.
  • Liaise with sales agents, settlement consultants, and external partners to deliver a seamless customer journey.

Candidate Requirements

We're looking for someone who brings both professionalism and passion to the role. You will have:

  • A tertiary qualification in Commerce, Business, Marketing or a related field.
  • 5+ years' experience in a similar customer relationship or client management role within residential property development.
  • Excellent communication, time management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven ability to manage and nurture customer relationships with a high level of service.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • A genuine enthusiasm for the property industry, with an entrepreneurial mindset and collaborative approach.
