Dans Plants is a well-established and thriving nursery located in the heart of Heatherton, Victoria, Australia. Being the most automated nursery in the country, we take pride in offering a wide variety of plants and decorative pots to our valued customers.

We're looking for an enthusiastic Nursery Hand to join our team on a casual basis. This isn't your average desk job – you'll be out and about, moving between different areas of the nursery, but your main focus will be assisting our busy packing teams.

What you'll be doing:

  • Helping pack plants so they're ready to head out to customers
  • Lending a hand in different parts of the nursery (variety is the spice of life)
  • Keeping things moving smoothly with a positive, can-do attitude

What we're looking for:

  • Someone physically fit and capable of lifting (plants may look innocent, but they can be sneaky heavy)
  • A team player who's reliable and hardworking
  • Someone who enjoys being outdoors and isn't afraid to get their hands dirty
  • No experience required as full training provided, but an interest in plants is a bonus
