We’re on the lookout for an energetic Warehouse Supervisor – Afternoon Shift who is passionate about operational excellence, thrives in a fast-paced environment and can lead a team to ensure every order is picked, packed and shipped accurately and on time.

In this hands-on leadership role, you’ll plan, organise, train and mentor a dedicated team while keeping the heartbeat of our Inbound and Outbound operations running smoothly.

Success in this role calls for strong people leadership, solid warehouse experience and a focus on safety and continuous improvement. You will inspire and coach your team, drive productivity and maintain high standards of accuracy and compliance so every customer order lands exactly when it should.

Key responsibilities

- Lead and coach the Inbound, Picking and Dispatch team, managing KPIs, training and daily labour planning
- Oversee timely processing of incoming goods and accurate system updates
- Release store orders, ensure full picks and dispatch on time to meet delivery expectations
- Maintain a strong floor presence to drive efficiency, reduce transport costs and uphold safety standards
- Monitor performance, report on KPIs and identify opportunities to improve processes and productivity
- Work with the inventory team to optimise stock allocation and pallet utilisation
- Ensure high housekeeping standards and compliance with all Baby Bunting safety policies

What you'll bring to the role

- Proven experience supervising warehouse or distribution centre operations
- Strong leadership and communication skills with a hands-on approach
- Ability to plan, organise and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Sound knowledge of warehouse management systems and Microsoft Office (Excel and Outlook)
- Commitment to safety, efficiency and continuous improvement
