Spruce Landscaping is a reputable small business providing top-quality garden maintenance services to residential properties in Bayside, Kingston, Stonnington, Boroondara, and surrounding areas. With a hardworking team and a stellar reputation, we pride ourselves on delivering high standards and building lasting relationships with our clients.

**The Role**:
We are looking for an experienced, passionate and reliable gardener to manage a portfolio of residential clients. With the schedule managed for you through our online scheduling platform, you can focus on delivering excellent work. The role involves maintaining client gardens to the highest standard, and fostering strong client relationships. This is a hands-on, outdoor role where reliability, attention to detail, and a love for gardening are essential.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Maintain gardens to a high standard (mowing, edging, pruning, hedging, weeding, fertilising, irrigation, weed spraying and planting)
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication and reporting
- Keep projects on schedule and provide regular updates to the Director
- Ensuring WHS compliance
- Lead and manage a casual assistant if required

**Skills & Experience Required**:

- **Experience**: Proven gardening experience required
- **Qualification**: Minimum Certificate III in Horticulture, Nursery, or Parks & Gardens preferred, but not mandatory.
- **Skills**:

- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to manage and lead others effectively
- Strong multi-tasking and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication, reporting and client-relations skills
- IT proficient - experience with ServiceMate and Outlook is a plus

Pay: $60,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends
