Campbell Property Group (CPG), one of Australia's leading residential construction and property development companies, is looking for an experienced Maintenance and Warranty Service Officer to join our Clarendon Homes team in QLD.
What You'll Do
- Completing warranty works across multiple trades (Plaster, painting, carpentry, door/lock repairs, maintenance,).
- Proactively liaising with clients, updating them on the status of their warranty requests.
- Addressing client concerns in a professional manner, collaborating with Building Managers and internal teams to resolve escalations.
- Working alongside subcontractors, ensuring timely and accurate completion.
- Using mobile applications to update notes and job progress
- Conducting all work within WHS guidelines
- Complete all works according to QBCC Standards and Tolerances.
- Maintain a company vehicle so its appearance reflects the excellent name of Clarendon Homes.
About You
- A trade background in the building industry, ideally in a carpentry or maintenance capacity.
- Practical skills and experience in areas such as painting, Plaster repairs and setting, carpentry, door/lock repairs and tiling.
- Strong attention to detail, pride in your workmanship, reliable and adaptable. approach.
- Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and manage client expectations.
- Excellent time management and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Proficiency in office software and databases, with strong documentation and record-keeping skills.
