Campbell Property Group (CPG), a leading residential construction and property development company, is looking for an organised and reliable Accounts Receivable Officer to support our Clarendon Homes team.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing accounts receivable processes, ensuring accurate and timely invoicing, payment processing, and customer account reconciliation. You'll liaise closely with internal teams and customers to maintain strong financial controls and positive relationships.
What you'll do:
- Manage invoicing and processing of customer payments accurately and promptly
- Monitor accounts receivable ledgers and reconcile customer accounts regularly
- Follow up on overdue invoices and liaise with clients to resolve payment issues professionally
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports
- Collaborate with internal teams including Sales, Customer Service, and Project Managers to resolve billing queries
- Use accounting software and Microsoft Office tools to maintain and update records
- Support month-end closing activities and financial audits as required
About you
To be successful in this role, you'll bring:
- Proven experience in accounts receivable, finance, or administration, preferably within residential building, construction, or property sectors
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in managing financial data
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to maintain professional relationships with clients and internal teams
- Proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
- Ability to prioritise tasks, meet deadlines, and handle sensitive financial information confidentially
- A proactive, customer-focused attitude with a commitment to continuous improvement
