About the Role

We are seeking an experienced
Plumbing Project Manager
to join our high-performing team delivering
Tier 1 hydraulic projects
across Melbourne valued up to
$30 million
.

You'll oversee all aspects of project delivery—from estimating support and procurement through to installation, commissioning, and handover. Working alongside builders, engineers, and site teams, you'll ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and to the highest standard of quality.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage all stages of hydraulic project delivery (budgeting, scheduling, procurement, installation, QA, and handover).
  • Lead and coordinate site supervisors, subcontractors, and suppliers.
  • Drive compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards.
  • Build and maintain strong client and builder relationships.
  • Monitor project performance, forecasting, and cost control.
  • Identify and manage design, scope, and program risks.

About You

  • Minimum
    5 years' experience
    managing commercial plumbing or hydraulic projects.
  • Proven track record delivering
    Tier 1 or Tier 2 projects
    up to $30M.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Sound understanding of
    AS3500
    and relevant building codes.
  • Ability to read and interpret complex hydraulic drawings and specifications.
  • Trade qualification in Plumbing and/or tertiary qualifications in Construction Management or similar (highly regarded).
  • Excellent organisational skills with a proactive, solutions-focused mindset.
