The Role:
As a Major Project Manager, you will oversee projects in Melbourne from inception to completion, coordinating with builders, subcontractors, and suppliers. This company regularly completes High Rise, Shopping Centre, Hospitals and Data Center projects across the country.

Supported by a senior management team and a leading engineering department, you will thrive in a collaborative and nurturing environment. With a high staff retention rate, this organization aims to add the right individual to its successful team.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Extensive experience managing major HVAC projects (over $5M) in Australia or the UK
  • Ability to discuss and outline key projects you have managed in the HVAC market.
  • Strong knowledge of the Australian HVAC market
  • Excellent skills in managing project timelines and finances are imperative.
  • Ability to foster a culture of safety within your team
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong leadership and team motivation skills
  • Mechanical engineering degree, with experience in drafting, estimating, and project management
