The Role
As a Senior Accountant / Client Manager, you'll manage your own client portfolio, deliver strategic business and tax advice, and act as a technical leader within the team. This is a hands-on advisory role with plenty of variety and autonomy.
You will:
- Manage a diverse portfolio of SME and family-group clients
- Provide tax planning, structuring, and performance advice
- Review complex financial statements and returns
- Lead tax planning meetings and ensure compliance excellence
- Identify growth opportunities for clients and the firm
- Mentor and train junior and offshore team members
What You'll Bring
- CPA or CA qualified with 7 + years' public-practice experience
- Strong technical expertise in Australian taxation and compliance
- Excellent relationship-management and communication skills
- Confidence mentoring and supporting team members
- Experience with Xero, MYOB, QuickBooks or similar
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset and team-first attitude
