About the Role
We are looking for a talented Beauty Therapist who is passionate about delivering exceptional beauty treatments and creating memorable client experiences. In this role, you will perform a variety of beauty services such as facials, waxing, lash and brow treatments, and basic skincare procedures. You'll also help clients understand proper aftercare, recommend suitable products, and ensure they receive personalised care every visit.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform beauty services including facials, waxing, tinting, lash lifts, brow shaping, and other salon treatments
- Provide clear and accurate aftercare instructions to help clients maintain results
- Maintain strict hygiene and sanitisation standards in line with WA regulations
- Consult with clients to understand their needs and suggest treatment options that complement their features
- Assist with keeping treatment rooms clean, organised, and well-stocked
- Help clients select suitable retail or aftercare products based on their skin and beauty needs
- Manage client bookings, maintain accurate treatment notes, and support smooth salon operations
- Uphold exceptional customer service, ensuring clients feel comfortable, valued, and cared for
Qualifications & Skills
- Certificate III in Beauty Services or Certificate IV in Beauty Therapy
- Strong communication skills to guide clients through treatments and explain expectations clearly
- Ability to collaborate effectively with team members to ensure consistent service quality
- Organised and efficient in managing daily tasks, product inventory, and treatment schedules
- Solid understanding of beauty products, skin types, and treatment techniques
- Friendly, approachable, and committed to delivering a positive client experience
