The Role

As an Accountant / Client Manager, you'll manage your own client portfolio, deliver strategic business and tax advice, and become a technical leader within the team. This is a hands-on advisory role with plenty of variety and autonomy at all levels.

You will (depending on your level):

• Manage a diverse portfolio of SME and family-group clients
• Provide tax planning, structuring, and performance advice
• Complete/ Review financial statements and returns
• Complete/ Review complex financial statements and returns
• attend and or Lead tax planning meetings
• Identify growth opportunities for clients and the firm
• Mentor or be mentored

What You'll Bring

• Strong technical expertise in Australian taxation and compliance
• Excellent relationship-management and communication skills
• Confidence mentoring and supporting team members
• Experience with Xero, MYOB, QuickBooks or similar
• A proactive, solutions-focused mindset and team-first attitude
