About the role

G2 Italian is seeking an experienced and talented Breakfast/Brunch Chef to join our team in our restaurant located in Burnside, SA 5066. This is a casual role, offering flexible hours to the right candidate.

What you'll be doing

  • Preparing and cooking a range of breakfast and brunch items to a consistently high standard
  • Ensuring all food is presented beautifully and in line with G2 Italian's brand and quality standards
  • Effectively managing the kitchen workflow and maintaining a well-organised, clean and safe working environment
  • Collaborating with the wider team to provide an exceptional dining experience for our customers
  • Adhering to all food safety and health regulations

What we're looking for

  • Proven experience as a Breakfast/Brunch Chef, ideally in a fast-paced restaurant environment
  • Excellent cooking skills and knowledge of a wide range of breakfast and brunch dishes
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work quickly and efficiently under pressure
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Passion for delivering high-quality food and customer service
  • Food safety certification and understanding of relevant regulations
