Join MSWA as a Community Support Worker
MSWA is a leading provider of disability services and we're offering exciting permanent part-time and casual opportunities across Perth's Southern suburbs (Klemscott/Armadale/Camillo/Canningvale/Gosnells/Cannington/Riverton/Wilson).
As a Community Support Worker, you'll be the difference for individuals and families, delivering person-centered care and support directly in their homes across the Perth's Southern suburbs area.
This is your chance to bring your skills and passion to enhance the lives of our clients as they go about their daily routines. We're looking for caring and empathetic support workers to join us.
Our hours of operation in the community are 6:30am - 10:30pm with a particular focus on the early mornings and late afternoons/evenings.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Provide personal care to promote clients' health and well-being.
- Assist with medication administration.
- Support clients with meal preparation, household chores, and essential daily tasks.
- Facilitate social access and leisure activities.
- Tailor care plans to meet individual needs and goals.
What You'll Bring:
- A genuine passion for making a positive impact in people's lives.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- An NDIS Workers Screening Check (or willingness to obtain one).
- A current Australian C-Class Driver's Licence and access to a reliable vehicle.
