About Us:

The Support Space is a local, people-focused NDIS provider supporting participants to live their best lives.

About the Role:

As a Disability Support Worker, you will assist Participants with day-to-day tasks, community access, personal care, domestic assistance, transport, and building independence.

Your Day May Include:

  • Supporting Participants in their homes or the community.
  • Assisting with personal care and domestic duties.
  • Transporting Participants to appointments or social activities.
  • Helping Participants build life skills and achieve their goals.
  • Being a compassionate and reliable presence in their lives.

We're Looking For People Who Are:

  • Caring, patient, and respectful

  • Reliable and flexible with good time management
  • Have initiative

Requirements:

  • NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willing to obtain)
  • Working with Children's Check (or willing to obtain)
  • Australian Driver's Licence and reliable vehicle with insurance
  • Ability to confidently use a phone, including different apps and communication methods.
  • Available to work between 6:00AM - 9:00PM.
