Property Maintenance & Owner Liaison – Belle Property Escapes

Work with some of Cairns' most beautiful holiday homes – coordinating maintenance, supporting owners, and ensuring every property is maintained and presented to the highest standard.

At Belle Property Escapes Cairns, our team manages around 100 premium holiday properties from the city through to Palm Cove and the Northern Beaches. You won't be doing it alone – you'll work closely with our leadership team (Antje & Ben), along with guest services, admin, and quality control teams, all dedicated to making sure every stay runs smoothly. This is a coordination role (not on the tools) – basic troubleshooting is helpful, but you'll primarily organise trusted local trades.

This isn't an entry-level position. We're looking for someone with experience in property, hospitality, or maintenance who's confident taking responsibility and keen to grow into a senior owner-facing role over time.

What We're Looking For:

– Experience in property, hospitality, or maintenance coordination (not entry level)

– Practical, hands-on problem solver who can think on their feet

– Strong attention to detail – you notice things before they become problems

– Confidence dealing with owners, trades, and guests in a professional manner

– Good time management and the ability to juggle priorities

– Flexibility to work two weekends a month as part of the team rotation

– Current driver's licence

Key Responsibilities:

– Coordinate and follow up on property maintenance and repairs with trusted local trades

– Build strong relationships with owners through clear, timely updates

– Step in to support guest queries when needed during business hours and on rostered weekends

– Support onboarding and readiness checks when needed

– Work with quality controllers to ensure every property meets our standards before arrivals
