Property Manager / Assistant Property Manager

An exciting opportunity is now available to join our experienced and supportive team at First National Real Estate Atherton.

We are seeking a full-time Property Manager or Assistant Property Manager, working Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm, with an immediate start available.

What We're Looking For
  • A current QLD Real Estate Registration Certificate (or willingness to obtain one promptly)
  • A valid driver's licence
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and time management
  • A proactive, client-focused attitude
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships
  • Previous experience in property management is desirable but not essential
Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with landlords, tenants & suppliers
  • Manage rent receipting, arrears, and bond finalisations
  • Coordinate repairs, maintenance, and work orders
  • Conduct ingoing, outgoing, and periodic inspections
  • Ensure properties are well-maintained and compliant
  • Prepare correspondence, file notes, and maintain accurate records
  • Schedule and coordinate appointments
  • Advertise and lease properties
  • Prospect for and secure new property managements
  • Support business development initiatives

  • Strong computer literacy and ability to learn new software
  • High level of organisation and ability to prioritise tasks
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Team player with a positive, can-do attitude
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality service
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills
