The Role

We're on the hunt for a full-time chef to join our fast-paced kitchen team. You'll work alongside our head chef and fellow team members to deliver consistently high-quality dishes, keep the kitchen humming, and bring your own flair to the plate.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Preparing and cooking pasta dishes to perfection
  • Bring your passion in consistency and teamwork in menu preparation to the table
  • Supporting the head chef with daily operations and service
  • Maintaining a clean, efficient, and well-organised kitchen
  • Contributing to menu development and specials
  • Upholding food safety and hygiene standards
  • Working collaboratively in a high-energy, team-focused environment
What We're Looking For
  • Proven experience in a commercial kitchen (pasta experience a bonus)
  • Experience in the pans section preferred but not essential
  • Passion for Italian cuisine and a love for pasta
  • Ability to thrive under pressure and keep cool in a fast-paced setting
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Reliability, punctuality, and a great attitude
