We are seeking a skilled and passionate Chef to join our kitchen team, contributing to our reputation for delivering high-quality meals while maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and cook menu items to the highest standards, ensuring consistency in taste, presentation, and quality.

Assist in the development and execution of new menu items, including weekly specials.

Ensure stock levels are maintained and properly rotated, adhering to FIFO principles.

Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to food safety and hygiene standards.

Work closely with the Head Chef and kitchen team to meet service targets and manage kitchen operations efficiently.

Assist in stock control, ordering, and inventory management as required.

Uphold kitchen safety protocols and ensure compliance with all health regulations.

Contribute to a positive team culture, promoting communication, ownership, accountability, and respect (COAR).

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Chef in a high-volume kitchen.

Ability to work efficiently under pressure and manage multiple orders simultaneously.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality dishes consistently.

Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Availability to work varied shifts, including weekends and public holidays.

Knowledge of food safety regulations and kitchen operations.
