We're seeking an experienced and professional Estimator to join our high-performing team. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in accuracy, efficiency, and delivering an exceptional customer experience in a fast-paced, quality-driven environment.

About the Role:

●     Prepare accurate and timely repair estimates using leading estimating systems (iBodyshop, estimage, ORM, Audanet)

●     Liaise with insurers, assessors, and customers to ensure a seamless repair process in a professional manner

●     Coordinate workflow with production and parts teams

●     Uphold manufacturer repair standards and compliance requirements

●     Support the team in delivering outstanding service and repair quality

What We're Looking For:

●     Proven experience as a Panel Beating Estimator in a prestige or high-volume repair shop

●     Sound knowledge of the motor repair and insurance process

●     Experience with systems such as iBodyshop, Audanet, ORM, Estimage

●     Strong communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills

●     Professional presentation and attention to detail

●     Current driver's licence
