We have a Fantastic opportunity for experience Qualified Workshop Controller who is flexible operating in medium volume and prestige dealership. Great culture with supportive leadership that will allow you to add value and growth. This well-established dealership seeks to offer nothing but their best to the community whilst providing a company culture that is supportive, friendly and hardworking.

As a workshop leader your ability to organise people, systems and procedures that increase the efficiency and productivity in the workshop will be pivotal. The ability to carry out estimates would be advantageous.

Your role will also include the accurate & efficient management of the daily workshop schedule, maintaining an on time delivery, successfully identifying technician strengths and weaknesses in order to allocate work effectively, organising sublet work efficiently and ensuring warranty procedures are adhered to.

Very good Salary, depending on experience.
