**Endress+Hauser Australia **have a brand new role available for a Product Manager - Service (plus Optical Analysis, Digital Solutions, Gamma and Moisture) to join our Marketing team in our office located in Artarmon, Sydney.

As Product Manager, you will be ultimately responsible for providing support to the sales team with technical product expertise with the goal of driving product revenue.

**Role + Responsibilities**
- Identify and proactively promote the product opportunities in line with Industry plans and directions
- Implement and support Industry plans
- Monitor the product-specific offering (e.g. launching of a key product/s)
- Support customer development of strategic accounts and key players in the country
- Training of employees, partners and customers.
- Localise marketing tools (brochures, selection guides, presentations, articles, etc.)
- Gathers and act upon local market intelligence
- Participates in networks, customer feedback to ensure optimal product positioning
- Estimate market size, market share, growth to support optimising the local product portfolio
- Identify product gaps and product opportunities for input to the PC’s innovation process
- Actively support the sales team in transitioning customers from competitors’ products to Endress+Hauser products
- Proactive use of company tools (e.g., SalesForce) and business processes

**Qualifications + Profile**
- Knowledge of relevant product/s
- Degree qualifications in Engineering, Business and/or marketing would be ideal
- Knowledge of automation and control
- Highly developed written, presentation and communication skills
- Take initiative and ownership of topics
- Ability to influence stakeholders
- Ability to transfer knowledge
- High willingness to travel
