Our portfolio includes recent projects such as Urban Surf Sydney Olympic Park, Parramatta Aquatic Centre, Abbotsleigh Senior Library, Jordan Springs Public School, Luna Park, Nepean Hospital and Galungara Public School.

Our live projects consist of Sydney Jewish Museum, Girraween Public School, Schofields Public School, St Ives Public School, Mater Hospital, Canterbury Aquatic Centre, and Macarthur Memorial Park.

Position Overview:

This entry-level Project Coordinator role is primarily an office-based position with significant administrative responsibilities. The role involves tasks such as procurement, safety documentation, project handovers, quotes, and relationship building with suppliers. We are open to part-time arrangements but are looking for someone interested in a long-term position to grow and develop with our team. Standard working hours are from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM. This opportunity is ideal for someone eager to start their career in construction and gain comprehensive experience working alongside our experienced team. Excellent career development in procurement or estimating is available to suitable candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage procurement activities, including sourcing materials and tracking supplies

Prepare and submit work health and safety documentation such as SWMS and ITPS

Support the creation and management of project handover documentation

Assist with preparing quotes and project proposals

Submissions of installation certification and compliance paperwork

Perform heavy administrative duties, including staff training documentation and record-keeping

Build and maintain relationships with suppliers to facilitate smooth project workflows

Candidate Profile:

Background or education in construction or related fields

Driven, motivated, and determined to learn and develop in the industry

Extremely detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

Passionate about construction and administrative tasks

Excellent communication skills and a team player mentality

Open to part-time work but committed to a long-term role
